Hey HEy lisa

no real secrets im a personal trainer so basically 3 cardio sessions to 2 strength sessions a week. doesnt mean gym only you can do cardio and strength any where. diet i dont have one really eat 5 small meals a day to increase your metabloism and try not to binge eat and eat foods high in sat fats.
